We accept the love we think we deserve
Another blog dedicated to the amazing book The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Now that it's being adapted into a film I will be trying to keep you updated on that. Hope you enjoy and if you feel like talking then don't hesitate to stop by my ask :)

PS- I don't own photoshop so anything I do make won't be very quality.

Hey can I ask you a question about the book? I didn't understand the ending, like the last letter, the one where he goes to the hospital or something, when I first read it I was in tears and I couldn't understand it, and i reread it and still nothing :/ help? please?

Hey, well if you mean the epilogue it was just basically Charlie talking about his stay at the hospital and the whole repressed memories about Aunt Helen molesting him and how his friends and family visited and helped him through his time there. Also how he doesn’t blame Aunt Helen for what she did. It was basically him just telling us how he’s figured his own shit out. And Sam and Patrick take him to the tunnel, and he rides on the back of the pickup through it and he thinks about the past year and he realizes he’s ready to start his sophomore year of high school and that he’s going to stop writing letters to “friend” because he’s going to try and “participate” this year. Hope that helped a bit.
